We’re a multi-generational, family-owned operation dedicated to producing nutrient-dense, ethically raised beef while caring for the land that sustains us. With over 2,000 acres of pastureland, we steward each acre with purpose, passion, and long-term vision.
What We Believe
We believe in doing things the right way—even if it takes more time, effort, and intention. For us, that means raising our cattle 100% on grass, from start to finish, with no grain—ever. It means using regenerative practices like rotational grazing and cover cropping to build soil health, support biodiversity, and restore the land for generations to come.
Our Practices
Rotational Grazing
We move our cattle regularly across fresh paddocks to mimic natural grazing patterns. This allows pastures to rest, rebuild, and thrive. The result? Healthier animals, healthier soil, and more resilient ecosystems.
Cover Cropping
We use cover crops not only to feed the soil, but to protect it. These plants reduce erosion, add vital nutrients, and improve forage diversity—all without synthetic fertilizers.
Grass-Finished Beef
Our cattle are never confined to feedlots or fed grain. They live as nature intended—grazing on diverse forages from open pastures their entire lives. The result is beef that’s rich in flavor, naturally lean, and full of nutrients.
